Which country do you deliver?

We sell and deliver to selected parts of the world.

How much the shipping cost?

How long it takes to deliver?

Please refer to shipping time here. Kindly note that shipping time are subject to changes depends on country’s customs jurisdiction.

What If I received a wrong order?

Do not worry, we will rearrange for the right order. Just send as an email at customerservice@par3.com.sg

Where should I ship my items to?

It’s recommended to ship it somewhere where there is someone that are able to received and sign off for you if you’re not around as the parcels requires signature for the courier to release the parcel. In the event, where they are unable to deliver it to you, please give the courier a call to rearrange for a delivery or a pick up, whichever more convenient for you.

What is the available payment method?

We accept all Debit/Credit cards & Paypal

Can I make a change to my order?

Yes, you have the option to cancel your order but only within 12 hours of placing your order. To do so, please email us at customerservice@par3.com.sg

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Prior to dispatch, Yes you can cancel your order but within 12hrs only upon placing your order, send your request to customerservice@par3.com 

Please note that beyond 12 hours will not be eligible for any cancellations.

Can I get my order earlier?

If you want to expedite your order, Express Shipping is available during checkout. Charges apply.

Is there a way to track my order?

Upon dispatches your order from our fulfillment center, you will notify thru email and will receive a tracking number for your reference.
