Send us an email to customerservice@par3.com.sg to initiate a refund/exchange. 

Please keep in mind the following points when making a return or an exchange:

• We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date you have received your order.
• The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The item has no visible damage, 
• Any complimentary or free items that came with the purchase has to be sent back for all return requests. Any missing items will be deducted from the amount refundable of your purchase
• The purchaser shall return the item at own cost, we will issue exchange free of charge thereafter

Note: Generally, only defective and/ or damaged items will be entertained for exchange. PARIII reserves the rights to reject a refund or exchange requests for returned item(s) that does not comply and meet the above terms. Kindly note also that we can only grant exchanges once only. 

For a refund, shipping fees paid are not refundable. Refunds are only provided after products are received. Refunds only takes place after the item are received and processed at our warehouse.

Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

Please allow us up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the day we receive the item.

Refunds takes up to 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase.
